Refund Policy

Effective August 26, 2026 Last updated August 26, 2026

Growwly Pro is a subscription. You can cancel it at any time, from inside the product, without asking us or explaining yourself. Cancelling stops the next charge — it does not refund a billing period that has already started.

This page explains exactly what happens when you cancel, when we will and won't issue a refund, and how to reach a human if something looks wrong on your statement. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, which governs in the event of any conflict.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancellation lives in the same place your subscription does:

  1. Open the Growwly extension and click the gear icon to open Settings.
  2. Under Plan, click Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's billing portal.
  3. Cancel there. Stripe emails you a confirmation.

The same portal is where you change your card, switch between monthly and annual, and download past invoices.

What cancelling does

Refunds

Fees already paid are non-refundable, and partial billing periods are not prorated, except where the law of your country requires otherwise. We do not charge for the time you keep using — we keep serving you for the time you have charged for.

That said, a wrong charge is not a refund question, it is a mistake, and we will correct it. Email support@growwly.co if:

Write "Billing" in the subject line and include the email address on the account. A human reads it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live — including any statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and other jurisdictions that grant one. Where such a right applies, it takes precedence over the paragraphs above.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, Stripe retries it and emails you. If it keeps failing, your account moves to Free until the payment succeeds. You are not billed for the period you spent on Free, and updating your card in the billing portal picks things back up.

A declined card is between you and your bank — we never see the reason, and neither retrying nor emailing us changes the outcome.

Free tools and free accounts

Growwly's free tools — Roast My Channel, Revenue Estimator, Competitor Gap Report, Channel Audit and Thumbnail Downloader — cost nothing and never take a payment method. There is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel. This page applies only to paid Growwly Pro subscriptions.
