Growwly Labs Free · roast any channel

Let's roast your
YouTube channel.

Our AI judges your thumbnails, titles and upload habits, then tells you the truth. Playfully. A little too accurately. Stay to the end and it drops the act and tells you what is actually holding the channel back.

Public data only. We never ask you to sign in, and you can roast a channel you do not own.

Under the hood

A joke with a
real read underneath.

The roast is the hook. What it is actually doing is grading the three things that decide whether a small channel grows: how the videos are packaged, how reliably they arrive, and whether the niche is legible to anyone but you.

  1. Counted

    Your packaging

Every recent thumbnail and title, read for the things that decide a click: contrast, face placement, word count, and whether your titles promise anything a stranger would want. This is where most small channels lose before the video even plays.

  2. Counted

    Your upload rhythm

Publish dates, gaps and the shape of your schedule. Not "post daily" advice, but whether an audience could predict you at all, and what your quiet stretches did to the views on either side of them.

  3. Inferred

    Your one bottleneck

Then the turn. A model reads all of it together and names the single thing costing you the most, the thing you are quietly already good at, and the one bet it would make on your next ten videos.

Got questions?

Frequently asked questions

Is it actually mean?
It is written to be funny, not cruel, and it aims at the work rather than at you. If a roast crosses the line, hit the report link on the result and we read every one. The second half of the flow drops the jokes entirely.
What does it actually look at?
Your recent uploads: titles, thumbnails, publish times, view counts and how they relate to each other. All of it is public. It does not see your retention curve, your traffic sources or your revenue, because nobody outside your account can.
Is the score out of 10 meaningful?
It is a packaging score, not a verdict on your videos. A channel making genuinely great work can score badly here if the thumbnails and titles are burying it. That gap is the useful part: it is the cheapest thing on the list to fix.
Do I need to connect my channel?
No. There is no sign-in, and you can point it at any channel, including a rival's. Connecting your own channel is what unlocks the private data, and that is what the invite is for.
Why is there a daily limit?
Every new roast runs a language model over a real channel's catalogue, which costs us money per run. The counter in the header shows what is left today. Channels that have already been roasted are served from cache and do not count against it.
Can I share the result?
Yes. Every roast gets its own permanent link and a share card, so posting it unfurls with your score rather than a blank preview. The link shows the roast, not your email or anything else about you.

The roast scratches the surface. Growwly runs a team of agents on your channel and builds the whole growth plan, then tells you what to ship next.
