What exactly is an "agent" here?
A narrow, scheduled worker that owns one question about your channel and answers it properly. The Keyword Agent only thinks about search demand. Competitor Watch only thinks about what rival channels did today. They run without being asked, and they write their findings into one shared feed rather than into twelve separate tools.
Do the agents post anything to my channel?
No. Growwly drafts, scores and recommends. Publishing stays entirely with you. If we later add write access for things like bulk description edits, it will be an explicit connection you turn on per agent, never a default.
Where does the data come from?
The public record: videos, titles, thumbnails, publish times, view counts and the shape of their view curves, for your channel and the channels you track. Connecting your own channel adds your private retention and traffic-source data, which sharpens the Hook and Timing agents considerably.
What does "measured" versus "inferred" mean?
Measured means we counted it: upload times, view multiples, thumbnail word counts. Inferred means a model read a pattern across the niche and is telling you what it thinks is going on. Both are useful, but only one is a fact, so we label every signal rather than blending them into confident-sounding prose.
How many competitor channels can I track?
Beta accounts track up to six channels, which is roughly the size of a real niche cohort. Tracking forty channels produces noise, not intelligence, so the limit is deliberate rather than a pricing lever.
Do I need a big channel for this to be useful?
No. The agents compare you against your niche cohort, not against YouTube overall. A 2,000-subscriber channel gets the same outlier detection and keyword gaps as a 200,000-subscriber one, measured against the channels it is actually competing with.
When do I get in?
