Plans

Every feature is free. Pro just raises the ceiling.

Nothing is held back from a free account, and nothing that is free today becomes paid later. Both plans run on one pool of credits — questions to the on-page chat, audits of your own channels, audits of competitors — and Pro gives you over twenty-five times as much of it, across every channel on your account.

A short list. Almost everything below is identical on both plans — Pro is a bigger credit balance rather than a different product.

Upgrading

Pro is bought inside the extension

Not on this page — your Growwly account lives in the extension, and that's the only place checkout knows who to put the subscription on.

  1. Step one

    Add Growwly to your browser

Free, and it works on Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc and other Chromium browsers. Sign in once with the Google account that owns your channel.

    Chrome Edge

  2. Step two

Open Settings and pick an interval

Click the gear icon in the Growwly popup. Under Plan, choose monthly or annual and click Upgrade to Pro.

  3. Step three

    Pay, and come straight back

Stripe's secure checkout opens in a tab and returns you here when it's done. Your new balance applies immediately, on every channel you've connected.

Billing

The parts people ask about first

  • Stripe handles the money

Card details go to Stripe directly. They are never sent to, stored by, or seen by Growwly.

  • It renews until you stop it

At the interval you chose, automatically. Stripe emails a receipt every time.

  • Cancelling takes two clicks

Settings → Manage subscription opens Stripe's billing portal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.

  • Everything else is in that portal too

Change your card, switch between monthly and annual, and download past invoices.

  • Refunds

Fees already paid aren't refunded and partial periods aren't prorated, except where the law requires it. Full detail in the Refund Policy.

  • Prices are in USD

Stripe shows your local conversion at checkout. Your bank may add its own foreign transaction fee, which we don't see or control.

Got questions?

Frequently asked questions

What exactly changes when I upgrade?
One number: your monthly credit balance goes from 150 to 4,000. Everything credits buy — chat questions, audits of your own channels, audits of competitors — is on both plans at the same price per action, so Pro is over twenty-five times as many of them rather than a different product. Nothing is removed from a free account when you upgrade, and nothing that is free today will move behind Pro later.
Does one subscription cover all my channels?
Yes. Credits are counted against your account, not against a channel, so connecting a second or a sixth channel doesn't cost anything extra and doesn't split your balance.
Can I cancel at any time?
Any time, from Settings → Manage subscription, with no questions asked and no retention flow to click through. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account drops to Free — it isn't closed and nothing is deleted.
Do you give refunds?
Fees already paid are non-refundable and partial billing periods aren't prorated, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. A wrong charge is a different thing entirely — a double charge, a charge after cancelling, something you don't recognise — and we'll fix those. The Refund Policy spells it all out.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries it and emails you. If it keeps failing, your account moves to Free — a 150-credit balance — until the payment goes through. You aren't billed for the time you spent on Free, and updating your card in the billing portal picks things straight back up.
Why can't I subscribe from this page?
Because this page doesn't know who you are. Your Growwly account is the one you signed into inside the extension, so that's where checkout can attach the subscription to the right account and the right channels.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
There's no trial, because there's nothing to trial — the free plan is the complete product, not a crippled preview of it. Every feature is there, at 150 credits a month. Use it as long as you like, and upgrade at the point that balance starts getting in your way.

Start on Free

Add Growwly to your browser and use the whole thing at no cost. Upgrade later, if and when 150 credits a month stop being enough.
